PRESENT: Mayor Fixell presiding; Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern, and Zollo; Village Administrator Blau; Village Administrative Assistant McCabe; Village Treasurer Hart; Village Engineer McGarvey; Chief of Police Brown; Recreation Supervisor Arduino; Village Attorney Shumejda; and Village Clerk Booth
MINUTES OF THE
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
On the 21st day of April 2008, in the Municipal Building, 21 Wildey Street, Tarrytown, New York 10591, at a meeting of the Board of Trustees, a Motion was made to go into Executive Session to discuss the employment history of a particular individual pursuant to the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York. The motion was made by Trustee Hoyt and Seconded by Basher and was unanimously carried.
In the Executive Session, a Motion was made by Trustee Zollo and seconded by Trustee Butler to change the date of the hearing on the charge against a particular individual from April 21, 2008 to June 3, 2008. The Motion was approved by the Board of Trustees.
A second Motion was made by Trustee Zollo and seconded by Trustee Butler to retain Robert Mancusco, Esq. as special counsel for the hearing.
The Board of Trustees voted to conclude the Executive Session and return to the meeting.
